Deco 20 Clear Sealer

Deco 20 Clear – Penetrating Concrete & Masonry Sealer is a water-based, penetrating sealer designed to protect concrete and masonry surfaces from moisture intrusion without changing the surface appearance. It penetrates into the substrate to create a breathable barrier that helps reduce water absorption, mildew growth, and long-term surface deterioration.

This product leaves no film, sheen, or gloss, making it ideal for maintaining a natural look while extending the life of treated surfaces.

Deco 20 Clear penetrates below the surface instead of forming a topical coating, allowing the substrate to breathe while still providing protection against moisture and environmental exposure. It is commonly used after pressure washing to extend the time between cleanings and maintain surface appearance longer.

Application & Coverage

• Surface must be clean and free of oils, dirt, or existing sealers prior to application
• Do not apply to non-porous or previously sealed surfaces
• Avoid over-application, which can cause a whitening effect
• Always test a small area before full application
• Stir or shake product inside container, then apply using pump sprayer or airless sprayer
• Dries clear within a few hours depending on conditions
• Typical Coverage:
  • Concrete: ~175–200 sq ft per gallon
  • Block: ~125–150 sq ft per gallon
