Warranty Information:

The HH&SW CleanSwitch includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship on all components except for the downstream injector.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:
All warranty claims must be reviewed and approved by Harvey Homescaping & Softwash (HH&SW) prior to any replacement. This warranty covers replacement of defective or failed components only, no refunds will be issued. Replacement parts are provided at the sole discretion of HH&SW.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturer defects
• Component failure under normal use and operating conditions

What Is NOT Covered

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Failure to properly maintain or flush the system
• Use outside of intended applications
• Damage caused by improper installation or modification
• Normal wear items subject to chemical exposure and improper post-use flushing with a neutralizer or similar solution.
