• Triple Line Precision Control: Independently adjustable metering valves for:
  
• Water (Blue Handle)
• Sodium Hypochlorite / SH (Red Handle)
• Surfactant / Soap (Yellow Handle)
• Heavy-Duty Manifold Block: Corrosion-resistant polypropylene body designed to handle harsh chemical environments. (Also available in clear acrylic)
• Check Valves: Prevent backflow and maintain one-directional flow, preventing cross contamination between fluids prior to entering into the mixing manifold.
• Color-Coded Flow Valves: Easy visual identification for fast and accurate ratio adjustments.
  
• Optional Aluminum Mounting Plate: 14” width x 10” height x 1/8” Thick Aluminum Mounting Plate.

Available Setup Options:

• 1” Configuration (typically used for 10+GPM systems)
  
• 1” metering valves on Water and SH lines
• 1/2” metering valve on Surfactant line
• 3/4” Configuration (typically used for 7-10GPM systems)
  
• 3/4” metering valves on Water and SH lines
• 1/2” metering valve on Surfactant line
• 1/2” Configuration (typically used for 4-7GPM systems)
  
• 1/2” metering valves on all three lines

Customer Selected Options:

Hose Barbs are customizable to suit your system—please leave your preferred barb sizes in the order notes or message us directly after placing your order. If no selection is given, default hose barb sizes will be added:

• 1” systems shall include 1” barbs on Water & SH, 1/4” on Surfactant, 1” straight hose barb outlet, 1” plug (no bypass)
• 3/4” systems shall include 3/4” barbs on Water & SH, 1/4” on Surfactant, 3/4” straight hose barb outlet, 1” plug (no bypass)
• 1/2” systems shall include 1/2” barbs on Water & SH, 1/4” on Surfactant, 1/2” straight hose barb outlet, 1” plug (no bypass)
